Domain propagation usually takes 24 to 48 hours.
Try using the IP address URL provided in your welcome letter, your domain name may not have propogated yet.
If all else fails contact technical support.

2. Will you transfer/repoint my domain for me ? - Top
Only the adminisatrator or owner of the domain has access to make such changes. However if you provide us with your domain manager login, provided your registrar has such a system in place, we'll be glad to make the adjustments for you.

In some cases, depending on the company, you will need to contact the registrar yourself in order to make name server changes.

Since we have several network centers, we have several sets of name servers. Please consult your welcome letter in order to identify which ones you need to use for your domain.

5. How can I add subdomains to my domain (i.e. subdomain.domain.com) ? - Top
Subdomains can be purchased via our extras section.
The cost is 12$US a year per 5 subdomains.
